Concrete lintels need repairing or replacing?
PSI Projects can either repair or replace your old blown-out lintels without having to replace the brick cladding or disrupt any of the other building components, saving you time and money.

What’s happening here?
The steel reinforcing bar in the lintel corrodes over time. This corrosion causes pressure within the concrete, making it fracture and blow apart.
Using this specialised solution, PSI Projects is able to isolate the problem and repair the old lintels without touching surrounding brick work and cladding.
