Our Project Manager, Paul Iggulden, drove and owned the build, and managed the delivery of a wonderful home. He juggled supply challenges, contractor illnesses and changes, and remote clients (we live in Auckland). I met with Paul on site weekly, and we formed a great working relationship together allowing me to experience the regular progress and being able to resolve questions and issues as they arose quickly and effectively.
